This ticket provides access to all presentations, meals and activities for corporate representatives of NSRMCA members.

By purchasing this ticket, you are agreeing to allow the association to photograph and video your participation, and to use that content in sharing and promoting the national convention and future NSRMCA events.

Exhibitor Registration

Welcome Exhibitors! If you are interested in registering your company for booth space, please follow the instructions below. Please read carefully. There are several steps included in the process.


**STANDARD BOOTH PRICING IS $700 (not including furniture, carpeting or attendee registration)*** 

If you are interested in joining us as a SPONSOR at the Orlando National Convention, please reach out to Becca Blay prior to purchasing your booth space. 


1.) Create an account, choose your booth space, and register your booth by clicking on this link​. 


2.) Once you have completed the initial account set up, you will receive an email with a password. Use the password to log in to the Exhibitor Booth Registration. The $700 standard booth includes a 10X10 Exhibitor booth, 10"H Black Backwall Drape, 3"H Black Siderail Drape & Booth Identification Sign. The standard booth does not include furniture or carpet; however, you will have the option to purchase both and upgrade your booth once you have registered.  To avoid a 30% surcharge, please make sure to purchase your furniture prior to July 15th, 2024.


3.) The standard booth does not include Exhibitor Attendee Registration.  Please be sure to add the ($395 early bird) $550 Exhibitor Attendee Representative ticket/s in order to secure your badge/s and entry into the conference.  Type here the content of the page or click on some items in the Common Objects-section to add more images, titles and texts to your page
