The United States Postal Service's CLEAR and Integrated Logistics Ecosystem (ILE) initiatives -- and the accompanying adoption of a pay-per-trip model, new GPS tracking, and aggressive contracting strategies -- has been one of the biggest changes to postal transportation contracting in decades. NSRMCA has been working to keep abreast of those changes and educate suppliers since they were first introduced several years ago. Much of that work has been spearheaded by NSRMCA's CLEAR/ILE/Breakthrough Committee, which is comprised of fellow contractors that work collaboratively to address CLEAR and ILE challenges.

This is the first open Q&A that the committee will be hosting. The purpose is to educate contractors about the work of the committee and provide a platform for contractors to have their questions answered.
